Dear Parent/Carer,

We are writing to make you aware that persistent absence is an area that the College is looking to reduce as the Government are focussing on this.  This includes holidays taken during term time.

If your child is below 80% attendance it maybe that you will be required to attend a meeting with the Senior Assistant Principal, Mrs Le Caplain and the Education Welfare Officer, Mrs Tossell.

Parent/carers can leave a voicemail message at any time to report a student's absence.
