Pencil case to contain equipment clearly labelled with name and form
Pen – Biro/fountain, blue or black and a spare (fountain pen preferred)
Pencil – ready sharpened and a spare
Pencil sharpener
Eraser for pencil error
Ruler – 30cm
Rough book
Pencil crayons (6 different colours) NOT felt tip pens
Small stapler
Staples
Pritstick
Small pair rounded scissors

General

Calculators for sale early in the term from the Mathematics Department

Subject requirements in addition to above:

MUSIC

A pair of robust headphones with standard jack. (Mini jack plugs do not fit keyboards and should therefore have a standard jack adaptor).

FRENCH/GERMAN

Students will need to buy a French or German dictionary once they know which language they are studying.

ART

A2 plastic art folders (available from the Art Department for a fee of £2.00)
A4 spiral bound sketchbooks (available from the Art Department for £1.00)
All costs are subsidised. Students will be required to purchase/provide both a folder and sketchbook
A small water colour set is desirable, eg “Cotman” water colour sketchers pocket box (Windsor and Newton), code 0390640
A set of sketching pencils, various grades from HB – 6B
“Putty” rubber, ruler, set square and compass
